The numbers, explained

One report a month, in your language, with what was spent and what came in. And under every table, what that means for your business.

The problem

A screenshot is not a report

Many agencies send a screenshot of the Meta dashboard at the end of the month with the reach in big numbers. Reach means how many people have scrolled past your ad: it says nothing about whether anyone came to dinner.

Our report is designed to be understood by someone who runs a restaurant, not someone who runs an agency. Numbers first, then a box that says what they mean and what we propose to do with them next month.

What's inside

What you see every month

Meta campaigns

Spend, people reached, engagement, messages, taps to call and clicks to the website. Compared with the previous month.

Google campaigns

Spend, impressions, clicks, cost per click, calls and direction requests from Maps.

Website and Analytics

Visits, where they come from, which pages they look at, how long they stay and how many go on to book.

Social media and community

Followers last month, followers today and the growth percentage. Plus what worked and what didn't.

Reviews and Business Profile

New reviews, average rating, Google Business Profile views and calls made from it.

And what we do next

The proposal for the following month, as a proposal. The decision to raise the budget or change course is yours.

The setup

Before you measure, you have to be able to measure

Many restaurant websites have Analytics installed and measure nothing useful: they don't know when someone taps the phone number, opens the menu or goes to the booking system. The data is there, but it says nothing.

The first thing we do is get that set up: Google Analytics 4, the events that matter and, if there are campaigns, the Meta pixel and Google Ads conversions properly connected. It's an afternoon's work that changes every report that follows.

  • Google Analytics 4 installed with the events that matter
  • Meta pixel and Google Ads conversions connected
  • Google Search Console, to know which search terms people find you with
  • Everything in your accounts, not ours

Questions

What people ask us

When does the report arrive?

At the start of each month, once the previous month has closed. You get the document and a short explanation, not just a file on its own.

In what language?

Yours. We write them in Spanish, Italian and English depending on the client.

Can you tell how much revenue the marketing has brought in?

Precisely, only if bookings go through the website or a system that records them. If most customers walk in or phone, it can be estimated from calls and direction requests, but we'll tell you it's an estimate. We'd rather do that than invent a nice-looking figure.

What if I don't have a website?

What happens on social media, in the campaigns and on your Google Business Profile is measured just the same. The only missing piece is the part of the journey that goes through the website, which is usually where people book.

Do you know what's getting you results?

If you've been investing for months and couldn't say, that's already an answer.
