Terms of use of the Social Plan Tenerife management tool

1. Who provides it. The tool belongs to Arianna Silvia Giordano, P. IVA IT14336550968, Residenza Solco 1041, 20079 Basiglio (Milan), Italy, and is used by the Social Plan Tenerife team.
2. Internal use. It is an internal tool used only by the Social Plan Tenerife team to provide the social media management service to its clients. It is not sold or offered to third parties.
3. Client authorisation. We only connect accounts whose owner has given us express authorisation. The client may withdraw it at any time from the platform's settings or by writing to a.socialplantenerife@gmail.com.
4. Content. We only publish the content agreed with the client under the services contract. We comply with the terms and policies of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google.
5. Liability. The platforms may change or discontinue their services. Social Plan Tenerife is not liable for interruptions that depend on them, and will notify the client if a scheduled post is not published.
6. Personal data. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy policy.
7. Applicable law. Italian law and European Union regulations. The courts of Milan.
