Instagram and Facebook campaigns you notice in the till
Your content put in front of people who are ten minutes from your door and don't know you yet. With one goal per campaign and the spend always in plain sight.
Promoting isn't pressing the blue button
Tapping boost post on your phone is the fastest way to spend sixty euros and not know what happened. Meta shows you a nice reach figure and not much else.
A campaign set up in Ads Manager lets you choose the real goal —messages, profile visits, calls, website traffic—, split audiences by area, age and language, and compare which ad works best. Above all, it lets you measure: at the end of the month you know how much you put in and what came in.
The four campaigns we're asked for most
Filling the quiet days
Monday to Thursday, low season, the dead hours of the afternoon. Ads are shown only to people nearby, at the moment they're deciding where to eat.
Events and special nights
Valentine's dinner, sunset with live music, Christmas menu. A short campaign, with the money concentrated on the days that count.
Growing real followers
Followers from the island and from the audience you care about, not from the other side of the world. A profile with ten thousand followers who can't come to dinner is worth nothing.
Messages and bookings
Campaigns that lead to WhatsApp or the booking system, so the ad ends in a table and not in a like.
What we do with your budget
We get the house in order
Ad account in your name, pixel installed if you have a website, catalogue if needed. All yours: we come in as collaborators.
We define the audience
Radius around the venue, language, age, interests and recent visitors to the area. In Tenerife the radius isn't set the same way in Adeje as in Santa Cruz.
We prepare several ads
Never just one. We launch two or three versions with different photos or videos, and after a few days we keep the one that performs.
We monitor and adjust
Campaigns are checked throughout the month, not just at the end. If an ad gets tired, it's changed; if an audience doesn't respond, it's shut down.
We report back
In the monthly report: how much was spent, how many people saw it, how many messaged or tapped, and what we propose for the following month.
You pay your budget yourself, and you can see it
The advertising money is paid to Meta from your account, with your card. We don't touch it and we don't invoice it: we charge for managing it. That way you always know how much goes on ads and how much on the work.
We don't start with big figures. We begin with a small budget in the first month, see what responds, and only increase it when there's a reason to.
- The ad account is yours, even if one day you stop working with us
- We start low and increase when the numbers justify it
- Every campaign has a goal, not more visibility
- Spend and results, in every monthly report

What people ask us
How much do I need to spend on advertising each month?
It depends on the goal and the size of the venue, but to get started and see something, modest, consistent budgets work well for hospitality in Tenerife. The important thing is not to stop: a campaign switched on for three days doesn't give Meta time to learn anything.
Can you tell whether someone came because of the ad?
Everything that happens digitally can be measured: who messages, who taps the phone number, who visits the website and books. What nobody can measure precisely is the person who saw the ad and turned up three days later without saying anything. We tell you what we know and what we don't.
Do I have to give you my card?
No. The card goes on your ad account, which is yours, and Meta charges it directly. We come in with management permissions, without access to the payment method.
What if someone else has already set up campaigns for me?
We look at them before touching anything. Sometimes what's there works and just needs organising; sometimes it's paying for audiences who couldn't reach the venue even if they wanted to.
Shall we look at your account?
If you already have campaigns, we'll tell you for free what's wasting money. If you don't, we'll tell you where we'd start.
