At Social Plan Group we take the privacy of the people who visit our website or contact us seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why we do so and what rights you have over it.
1. Data controller
- Owner: Arianna Silvia Giordano
- P. IVA (VAT number): IT14336550968
- Registered address: Residenza Solco 1041, 20079 Basiglio (Milan), Italy
- Email: a.socialplantenerife@gmail.com
- Website: www.socialplangroup.com
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you give us voluntarily, and the data strictly necessary for the website to work:
- Contact data you send us when you write to us by email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
- Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and time spent on them, collected in aggregate form through analytics tools.
We do not collect special category data and we do not request sensitive information through this website.
3. What we use your data for
- Replying to your enquiry and, where appropriate, preparing a quote.
- Managing the business relationship with clients and suppliers.
- Understanding how the website is used in order to improve it, through aggregate statistics that do not allow you to be personally identified.
We do not use your data to make automated decisions, nor do we carry out profiling that has legal effects on you.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you write to us or accept analytics and advertising cookies.
- Performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, when the purpose of the communication is to hire our services.
- Legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and understanding its use in aggregate form.
5. How long we keep it
Data from an enquiry that does not lead to a business relationship is kept for a maximum of twelve months. Client data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form in line with the retention periods of the tool used.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We do use service providers that act as data processors and are subject to their own data protection obligations:
- Google Ireland Limited — Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Workspace.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — advertising and messaging tools.
- Our web hosting provider, which stores the site and its backups on servers located in the European Union.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, the transfer is covered by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or by an adequacy decision in force.
7. Cookies
This website uses its own cookies, which are necessary for it to work, and third-party analytics and advertising cookies. Cookies that are not strictly necessary are only activated if you accept them. You can change your decision at any time from your browser's cookie settings or from the website's consent panel.
8. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access — find out what data of yours we process.
- Rectification — correct any data that is inaccurate.
- Erasure — ask us to delete it.
- Objection to and restriction of processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a readable format.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before.
To exercise them, write to us at a.socialplantenerife@gmail.com stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country: in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority), in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Login credentials for the platforms are kept in password managers and are not shared through insecure channels.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if our services or the applicable regulations change. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
